Outdoor Yoga and Brunch
Before the grounds open you will have the place to yourselves – what a treat! Outside (weather permitting) practice starts by connecting to the surroundings with a grounding meditation, enjoying the peacefulness of the place.
Time will be spent practicing pranayama (breathing) techniques before moving through a series of asana (Yoga poses) that will mobilise the joints of the body, stretch out the muscles, and release held tension – leaving you feeling wonderful for the rest of the weekend – relaxation will be outside on the grass amongst the trees and the birds…
Yoga is followed by a delicious and healthy vegetarian brunch together in the Courtyard.
